Shipping & Returns
The estimated shipping and processing time is 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after placing order. Items will not be shipped on weekends and holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary for custom orders. Soon after placing your order you will be updated with shipping information including your tracking number via email.
Please provide the correct address at checkout. We are able to change an address within 24 hours after placing an order. If a package is returned at the fault of the customer we will send you a full refund minus shipping charges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Although each item is thoroughly examined before it is packaged, mistakes in mishandling cannot always be prevented. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] providing a picture of your item, within 7 days after receiving your package. We will then proceed to accommodate you from there.
Storage
All of our items are handmade and delicate and should be treated and stored properly. To avoid tarnishing or snags in embroidered pieces, store your items in a cool, dry place covered and separate form your other accessories.
